Will a dash cam stop someone stealing my car?+
A dash cam cannot physically prevent a break-in or theft. When parking mode is correctly powered and configured, it can record motion or impact events and may capture useful footage of what happened. Always keep the vehicle locked, secure the keys and use a locked garage or well-lit parking area where possible.
Will a dash cam flatten my battery?+
Both packages support parking protection with battery safeguards. We configure the correct power method and cut-off settings for your vehicle so the camera can switch off before the battery drops too far.
Why does the fitted price depend on my vehicle?+
Standard vehicles can usually use conventional hardwiring. Some European, commercial and complex vehicles need an OBD cable, extra fitting time or a quick inspection before we confirm the final price.
How long does installation take?+
Timing depends on the vehicle and the camera system. Once we have your vehicle details, our team can confirm the appropriate fitting path and expected booking time.
Can I view footage on my phone?+
Yes. Both systems provide app access over Wi-Fi so you can review and save footage, adjust settings and manage the camera from a compatible phone.
